Orion Lighting is about changing the way we create and exchange the products we want.  Its the worlds first 3D printed lighting solution controlled by the user from creation to end use.  Created to respond to our individual needs for smart and efficient lighting, it also addresses global energy consumption and is part of the transformation that is the Internet of Everything.  

To us design matters if we can say it has improved the larger problems facing our generation. Problems around making, consuming and distributing things.  As Orion is a design online, print on demand in your local market it radically changes the way we consume products.  It is direct to the user.  Limited materials. Limited waste.  Smarter in every way.   By being direct to people and on demand, costs are kept at the lowest without needing the Big Box mass market dominators to drive down price (and choice).  No inventory. No supply chain transportation redundancies.  All local.  Products purchased in a community are made there. We think its important.  And we think its big.
